District, Area, State, Regional Service Related Meetings

Huron Valley Area Intergroup Business Meetings:

(3rd Saturdays each month)
All I.S.R.'s (Intergroup Service Reps.) should attend, but all A.A.s are welcome. Next meetings will be October 20th & November 17th at 1:00pm.
Meetings are held at the First Presbyterian Church basement, 300 North Washington St., Ypsilanti 48197
(except during special events and during the Heritage Festival weekend)
Use Office door next to the parking lot. A handicapped accessible entry is available.

District 4 Business Meetings:

(3rd Mondays at 7pm):
All G.S.R.s (General Service Reps.) should attend, but all A.A.s are welcome. Next meetings will be October 15th and November 19th at 7:00pm. for G.S.R.s PM Calvary Methodist Church, 1415 Miller St., Ann Arbor, 48103.

Central Michigan Intra-Area 32 Assembly:

(every 1st Sun of the even months)
Represents 14 districts in central Michigan. The next Assembly is December 2nd at the U.A.W. Local 599, 812 Leith S., Flint, MI 48505. Everyone is welcome.

State Wide Committee Meetings:

(4th Sundays in January, April, July, & October).
Business Meeting: 10-28-12 at the West Alano Club, 2909 W. Genesee St., Lansing (1 blk south of W. Saginaw St.). Michigan's 3 Delegate Areas meet jointly on a quarterly basis. Everyone is welcome. Committee reports from DCM’s and Committee Chairpersons coordinating State Convention & the annual Mock Conference.

East Central Regional Conference:

This meeting will be in conjunction with the 61st Michigan State Convention In 2013
Location T.B.A.

Annual Mock Conference:

(4th weekend in March)
Free and open to any AA member. The Conference helps the new delegates become familiar with the wishes of all the AA members, groups and districts in the state.  The Mock Conference mimics the annual NY General Service Conference held in April.  Lunch is provided.

Our primary purpose is to carry the AA message through the HelpLine, Committee Action & AA literature.
